We can provide a full service from inception to completion of the building, a design only service, and/or an interior design service. We are happy to undertake as much or as little work as required. We regularly undertake feasibility studies to assess the refurbishment potential of buildings clients are considering purchasing

Many larger projects will require the services of other building professionals. We have a close working relationship with a quantity surveyor, a landscape architect and a structural engineer.

The practice is able to recommend suitable types of building contract and regularly administers the JCT intermediate contract, the JCT 80 Minor Works contract, and the JCT contract for a home owner /occupier.
