We aim to produce buildings which respect their surroundings, are ecologically responsible and give continuing pleasure to those who use them. Daylight is important for general well being, and by inventive planning, we try to introduce as much natural lighting as possible. We give particular attention to artificial lighting and to colour, as both are vital to creating a pleasing environment both internally and externally.

The furniture within a building and the external landscaping have a strong effect on the environment and, when appropriate, we very much like to be involved in these aspects to ensure that the whole building meets the user's needs in aesthetic and practical terms.
